Welcome to Salon Divine We'd like to thank you for thinking of us to help you achieve your beauty needs and goals. At Salon Divine, we take pride in providing you with the best hair color/treatment in the Coastal Bend. Our stylists are well educated in formulating custom hair color for each guests hair type and we only use professional hair products that we find deliver the best results. We hope you enjoy your hair color/treatment experience with us.
Our Hair Color Policy
All of our stylists are highly trained and strive to provide the highest quality of service possible. However, on the rare occasion that a guest is not satisfied with the service performed, we do everything we can to make it right. If there are any issues or concerns after the color services are done, please call us within 5 business days to schedule a consultation. A stylist will determine if it is a technical application error. If it is a technical application error, we will make necessary adjustments at no charge. Any additional services added to a technical application adjustment will be at regular cost. We do not guarantee lightening services on previously lightened/colored hair. All hair color services are non-refundable.
Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
New guests are required to place a $25 deposit upon booking their initial hair color/treatment appointment. All deposits are credited towards your service total upon checkout. If a Guest No Shows or Cancels within 24 hrs of their appointment, the $25 deposit will be forfeited. After your first appointment, you will not be required to place a deposit to reserve future appointments with your stylist.
Our scheduling is dedicated to our guests and their needs. We understand emergencies happen but we do ask to please contact us at your earliest notice if you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If a guest is over 15 minutes late, their appointment may have to be rescheduled. Tardiness, no-shows and last minute cancellations create a disturbance in the stylists' schedule and prevent opportunities to accommodate other guests. We will try our best to work with you, but guests that are frequently late, cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 24 hours will be required to put a $25 deposit before booking future appointments.
